About Us

Smart Facility Software was founded in 1986 as Environmental Service Consultants. Today, we are known as a thought leader in the management of environmental services. Our ES Optimizer software and our consulting solutions have helped hundreds of hospitals in the United States and Canada. They gain productivity, efficiency, and improved quality assurance. And they save significant sums in their daily operations.

In 2000, we introduced our products to clients in government and education. We now support Environmental Management for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. And we provide colleges and universities with CS Optimizer for total efficiency in custodial services.

In 2005, we introduced Pocket Survey Tool (PSt). This application administers all aspects of the survey process. All the data collection and reporting requirements for the facility’s numerous regulatory requirements can be managed very easily with this application.

In 2012, we became Smart Facility Software to emphasize our company’s core strength. We also moved our hosting to a web-based (cloud) platform, to ensure the simplest installation and maintenance of our solutions for you.
