Service Optimizer is the most feature-rich EVS Customer Service Software available today and offers many firsts. As with all of our products, we strive to remain the industry leading provider of software solutions for Environmental Services Departments.
The Digital Checklist works like your paper checklist from Daily Assignments. In My Assignment is the entire work assignment for the employee. As they clean or perform each task in the assignment it can be flagged as cleaned in a simple operation.
Users either scan a QR Code or use My Assignment to work through the assignment. As each duty is completed, the duty then is logged as clean, moving it to the bottom of the list.
With Service Optimizer you can assign tasks that will be sent out to employees’ iOS devices. When creating tasks, we offer a customizable list of common tasks, default time, and priorities. Tasks can be assigned to both supervisors and/or front line employees.
In addition, employees can use the task manager on Service Optimizer to log tasks that were assigned to them on the floor by floor staff.
In ES Optimizer, you have a “My Project” module whereby you can view a list of all the projects assigned to a user, log completed assignments, create work orders, etc.
Projects are scheduled either via the web or iOS device. You can assign an employee, give notes if needed, and set a priority level.
When the project is completed, managers can go back and QA the project with a Pass or Fail.
Service Optimizer further improves the ES Optimizer Messaging System.
The messaging system works and feels like texting, but is limited to the users in the Service Optimizer System in your facility.
You cannot send messages outside Service Optimizer or outside your facility. Messages can be sent from web to device, device to device, and so on.
