ES Optimizer and Pocket Survey Tool utilize a “lockout” feature which is activated after several unsuccessful attempts are made to access the system using incorrect login information (username  or password).  This is to ensure unauthorized access will not allow anyone from compromising your account.

You can contact your “System Administrator” or our Technical Support Department to have the lockout removed so you can login.

NOTE: the Username and Password are CASE SENSITIVE !
